Gel 160 is a bigger hydrogel option, encapsulating 40 grams of carbohydrates in each serving. Hydrogel Technology built with just 6 ingredients, no added Colours, preservatives or flavors. For athletes who want more carbohydrates than Gel 100 to fuel their training and racing.
Sizing
We know the right fit matters. All of our men's and women's shoes are done in the their respective sex sizing. Unisex shoes are done in Men's US sizing, unless stated.
