Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Please review it carefully before placing an order with Run Havoc. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.


Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to process all orders within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed before 9 AM (AEST) on a business day are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 9 AM (AEST) are shipped the following business day.

  • Orders placed after 9 AM on Fridays are processed on the following Monday.

Please note: During public holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be delayed.


Shipping Options

We offer Express Shipping for all Australian orders via Australia Post Express eParcel. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $350 AUD

  • Flat Rate Express Shipping: $15 AUD for orders under $350

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you authorize delivery without a signature, you accept full responsibility for any lost or damaged items.


Order Tracking

Tracking is included with every order. You will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS after dispatch.

You can also track your order through Australia Post.


Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within Australia.
International shipping is not available at this time.


Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or not collected and returned to us, we will contact you to reattempt delivery. If you prefer a refund, we will deduct:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping charges

  • A 20% restocking fee


Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. For post-purchase changes or issues, please refer to our Warranties & Exchanges Policy.
