Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied or the item does not fit properly, you may return it to us (at your expense) for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please note, we do not refund for change of mind on purchases or sale items. Sale items are eligible for exchange toward a product of similar or higher value.
RETURNS
With all returns, Run Havoc Wollongong must be notified about the return by maximum 14 days from purchase date. All returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and label attached.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at: contact@runhavoc.com and follow the process given to you after emailing. After receiving this, place the item securely into its original packaging with the complete return form in the box. Then proceed to mail it back to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from us receiving your item to processing your refund or exchange. In most cases this will be processed on the same day as receiving it. Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account or on your credit card statement, depending on your provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact contact@runhavoc.com and we will initiate the warranty process with you. If you believe you have been sent the wrong product please also contact us at contact@runhavoc.com with photos of what you have received.
