A dual-density midsole combines FF BLAST™ MAX with high-rebound FF TURBO SQUARED foam to deliver a lively balance of cushioning, impact protection and energy return, while the dedicated forefoot pod adds an extra hit of spring through toe-off. The updated forked ASTROPLATE™ uses flexible Pebax construction to encourage forward momentum and smooth transitions without the rigid feel of a traditional race-day plate.

A widened heel platform adds stability and confidence, making the Sonicblast 2 approachable enough for daily training while still feeling fast when the pace picks up. The lightweight, breathable upper keeps the fit comfortable and secure, while ASICSGRIP™ rubber provides dependable traction across the road. At approximately 215 g, with an 8 mm drop and a 45 mm / 37 mm stack, the Sonicblast 2 delivers a huge amount of cushioning without losing its energetic, responsive character.

We know the right fit matters. All of our men's and women's shoes are done in the their respective sex sizing. Unisex shoes are done in Men's US sizing, unless stated.
