Stacked high with around 39.5 mm in the heel and 31.5 mm in the forefoot (8 mm drop), the Saucony Endorphin Trainer delivers a plush, stable ride ideal for long runs, recovery efforts, and tempo workouts alike. At its core is a dual-foam midsole featuring soft, springy IncrediRUN superfoam layered over supportive PWRRUN foam for a balance of bounce and structure that holds up over distance.

A three-quarter length carbon fiber plate is embedded in the midsole, offering subtle propulsion and efficient toe-off without feeling overly stiff. The breathable engineered mesh upper keeps the fit light and cool, with a roomy toe box and cushioned heel collar to prevent hot spots and slippage.  

We know the right fit matters. All of our men's and women's shoes are done in the their respective sex sizing. Unisex shoes are done in Men's US sizing, unless stated.
